By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Availability
Products are offered in limited quantities and are subject to change without prior notice.
Colors and materials can differ slightly due to display variations.
2. Ordering Process
Your order becomes binding once you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent action.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are in CZK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include card payments, cryptocurrency via BTCPay, and other options shown at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping options and pricing are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery times vary, and delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control.
Risk passes to the carrier once the order is shipped.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return.
6. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for the same product, only if the desired size is in stock.
To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- The customer pays for return shipping.
- The customer pays for shipping the replacement item.
- If the desired size is unavailable, the exchange is treated as a standard return.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund the item.
8. Cryptocurrency Payments
Refunds for crypto payments are issued in CZK via bank transfer or store credit, not in cryptocurrency.
The refund value is based on the CZK price at the time of purchase.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We only process personal data necessary for order handling, delivery, support, accounting, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
10. Marketing Communication
With your explicit consent, we may send you updates about DARK APPAREL and DARK UNIVERSUM events and projects.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or email.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, visuals, and branding are the property of Second Culture s.r.o. / DARK UNIVERSUM.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Czech law and EU consumer protection rules.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably; the EU ODR platform may also be used.
